About the workshop:
The strategy workshops will be hosted by BWi Founder, Michelle Eddahar and it will challenge you to look at every aspect of your business from income streams, marketing and clients to business purpose and goals. We’ll focus on ways your business can improve, thrive and flourish. Michelle will remind you of things you have long forgotten and things you should do but never get around to doing.
Michelle delivers this workshop in a relaxed and down-to-earth way, using her expertise of working in corporate, being self-employed, and running multiple businesses to give you tips, tricks and advice to help your business. We will be covering topics such as:
A deep dive into your products or services
Navigating business financials - getting clear on your finances and possible income streams to boost revenue
Understanding your audience - you'll know who they are, how to reach them, where they hang out, what they want or need from your business.
Conducting effective research
Will complete a SWOT Analysis, looking at your strengths, weakenesses, opportunities and threats
Planning for growth
Mastering time management
Writing an action plan for your business, considering your goals and long term plans.
