We understand the challenges and expenses of running a business. That's why we've created an accessible membership with flexible options:

• Standard (PAYG): Pay-as-you-go access to BWi events and immediate access to free resources.
• Plus (£10/month): Access to PAYG workshops, on-demand recordings, and immediate access to free resources plus free Online & In-Person Meet Ups 
• Premium (£15/month): Full access to free online workshops, on-demand recordings, and In-Person and Online Meet Ups. Plus access to free resources.

To purchase a BWi membership, please scroll up to the pricing table. From there you will be able to see the benefits included in each membership level and can select the plan that best suits you.

• For Standard Members: If you choose a standard membership, you don't need to purchase a membership. Instead you are welcome to explore the BWi website and book your faviurite events and recordings as a pay-as-you-go member.
• For Plus and Premium Members: To purchase your membership, click "select plan" for the membershiop of your choice. You will be redirected to the checkout page. Complete the checkout form and you will get instant access to the Members' Area where you can explore, book your favourite event(s), manage your booking(s), and find out more about BWi's Membership.

Yes, you can sign up anytime you want. The sooner you join, the more event choices you will have. The 2024 events are already listed in the Members' Area, and we will be adding 2025 events soon.

No, there isn't either of those. You can cancel anytime.

No, you cannot share your Members' Area login details with anyone else. These details are for your use only, and you are also prohibited from sharing any materials within the Members' Area with third parties. Sharing your login details and BWi materials will breach the terms and conditions, giving BWi the right to terminate your membership.

I started the BWi membership because I am passionate about supporting and empowering businesswomen at all stages of their careers. Recognising the high costs and inaccessibility of many business events and training programs, I wanted to create an affordable and flexible platform. BWi provides valuable networking opportunities, professional development resources, and a supportive community. My goal is to ensure that every woman, regardless of her business journey or industry, has access to the tools and connections needed to thrive.

Each membership level has a different monthly membership fee. This is to give you the flexibility to choose the membership level that best suits you.

• Standard is Pay-As-You-Go so you will be paying the standard price for any Meet Up, Workshop or Recording you book. The standard price for all BWi events and services are detailed on the relevant website pages.
• Plus is £10 per month and this will automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled.
• Premium is £15 per month and this will automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time, but this means your access to the members' area will be revoked, and any current and future bookings made under your membership will be cancelled. You will be asked to rebook as a PAYG attendee. You can cancel using the "Cancel Your Membership page" under the menu header "About BWi's Membership Packages" on the Members' Area portal.

BWi is committed to making cancellation as easy and as transparent as it can be as we are passionate about giving Members the flexibility to cancel at any time without having to contact BWi. You don't need to call or message us to cancel your membership. If you have any questions about the cancellation policy, please email info@businesswomenin.org

You can cancel or change your Membership level at any time. However, BWi will not provide a refund if you cancel, nor will we refund the difference if you change your membership level before the next billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the month.

An active membership is required to book and attend events using the Members' Area Portal. If you don't have an active membership, your booking(s) will be cancelled, and you'll be asked to pay the standard price for that event or recording.

You can renew your membership whenever you'd like to. We know everyone's circumstances differ so we're offering you the flexibility to cancel and rejoin whenever it works for you. 

Please note when you rejoin any previous bookings made via your members' area will not be valid and you will need to rebook those events. Also you login details may change if you cancel and then renew.

If for any reason there is an issue with your payment, our booking system will follow these steps:

1. Notification: You will receive a email notification informing you of the failed payment.
2. Retry Attempt: Our booking system will automatically re-attempt the charge 3 days after the failed payment
3. Repeated Attempts: If the payment still fails, our booking system will continue to retry and will notify you of this. You will also be asked to check your payment details and funds.
4. Final Notification: After several failed attempts, a final notification is emailed to you.
5. Cancellation: If all attempts fail, your subscription may be cancelled and your membership level changed to Standard (PAYG).
