"The vibe at BIG Events are always relaxed, upbeat, and friendly. Attendees are genuinely interested in one another" (Jo Starr). Here are just a few tips from previous attendees and stall holders to help you create an awesome stall:
Engage with people
Don't stand behind your stall table, stand beside it or in front of it and actively chat and engage with attendees. You'll get the most out of it by grabbing people and talking to them.
Collect information
Collate email addresses and contact information of those interested in your stall if you can. For example, in response to a competition or offer.
Ask for feedback
It's a great opportunity to understand more about your own business, how it can help people even more, what you could improve on, and what your ideal customer/client looks like.
Visually appealing stall
If your stall is visually appealing, has a clear indication of what you do/are offering, and looks approachable more attendees will be likely to visit it.
